Santa’s struggling to keep up with the times and when his old sleigh fails its WOF, Algernon suggests he replace it with an e-sleigh. Rudolph and Santa set off in it to save Christmas but unfortunately run out of power over New Zealand. They manage to land in a small rural town on Christmas morning and come across some disappointed children who set about helping them get on their way again.
