This is an important Annual General Meeting as we are presenting a draft of the Society's constitution. New legislation is being brought in as part of the Incorporated Societies Act. Some of the legislation is mandatory so societies must include it in their constitution and some is recommended or optional.

We have spent some time updating our constitution to ensure the Society is compliant, for when the new Act comes into being, and so that it best serves the interests of the society and its members. Attached is a draft. We would really appreciate you taking the time to review this.
